The perfect place to stay for your city break in Rappahannock County. Our centrally located cottage on 21 acres- is located 15 miles from Culpeper and 10 miles from Sperryville. We are a perfect home base for all the hiking trails, wineries and craft breweries in the area.
Our cozy cottage is immaculately clean, furnished to a high standard and fully equipped with a host of welcoming comforts.

We have a friendly Brittany on the farm and a farm cat that is not afraid of dogs!
