Enjoy the lovely, pet friendly cottage in a quiet setting on 21 acres. Newly renovated 2 story bank barn will be your home away from home. Soft, muted colors, zen feel. Come relax, hike, ride your bike, go wine and craft beer tasting, Copper Fox Distillery has nice gin and bourbon if you prefer. Visit Luray Caverns and Shenandoah National Park, or shop at Sperryville gift shops, restaurants, antique markets and art galleries. Old Rag Mountain is only 20 minutes away!
This cottage has 2 bedrooms, with an extra queen size blow up mattress. There is a full bath upstairs with a 1/2 bath downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. A full size washer and dryer is also located in the cottage .
A gas grill is outside for your use. Propane is provided.
You will have the entire renovated barn to yourselves. You will have access to the property and the pond, just no swimming allowed.

Do not push on sliding barn doors by the washer/dryer- these slide both ways to enter the closet.
*No eating in the bedrooms
*Please use trash cans 🙂
*Check out instructions are on the refrigerator
*Extra queen-size blow-up mattress is located in the upstairs closet
*Please remember your code as you can lock yourself out of the house!
*TRASH. Please put trash in trash bin by the garden. Please only put in the mornings and we will pick up.
*Please, no standing or climbing on the fences.
*Close all gates! Horse and cattle are in the field.
*Gas Grill available. Please clean after use. Gas is provided.
*Iron and small iron board available
*There is a garden next to the cottage that will have an electric fence because of deer.
*Parking-please Park in gravel area across from the cottage. Do not leave cars in the front yard.
*Pet Rules:
2 dogs allowed unless approved by owner, NO CATS!
Pet must be very friendly and socialized.
Pet must like cats as we have a cat who does not fear dogs and a very friendly Brittany named Gunner
Pet must always be supervised.
Please provide a covering if your pet likes to be on the furniture.
Poop bags are provided if needed for the front yard. If your pet goes in the field, no problem :). There is a pet poop trash can on the front porch.
Please do not allow your pet to chase the cows or the horse.
If your pet swims in the pond, please bath him/her outside and dry before entering the house :). Pet towels will be provided in the downstairs closet. Please wash and dry towels you use. Thanks!
